Highschool Offerings

Social Events
"What a great Favor God does to those He puts in the company of good people."
- St. Theresa of Avila

Once our Children hit the Highschool years, parents quickly realize how formative these years are. It is important for our children to be surrounded by friends with similar values, so that they may grow in Faith together. It is here that they will make life long friendships and memories. It is for this reason that Ave Maria Homeschool group encourages regular monthly social events for teens. Keep an eye on our calendar for Game nights, bowling, movie nights and other fun meetups especially for our teens. All outings will be organized with volunteer Chaperones. If you would like to chaperone for one of these events, please let us know!

Catholic Coffee Club
"He who Wants to Win the world for Christ Must have the Courage to Come in Conflict with it."
-St. Titus Brandsma

We believe that one of the best ways to prepare our Teens for the world is to prepare them to be able to answer the hard questions that they may be confronted with in the world.
Catholic Coffee Club offers the opportunity to research and discuss Apologetics questions in a group setting. It is here that they will be able to root themselves in the Faith and develop a love for the Fullness of Truth. This is not a classroom model, all discussions will be based on the Socratic model. All discussions will be moderated and students will be pointed to Church tradition and teaching.
CCC will take place on the1st Friday of the month in Goldsmith Cafe from 12-1pm.
